My name is Ashleigh Marino and as Chairwoman of UA Local 114’s Women’s Committee, I am proud to support and advocate for the women working and building careers in the skilled trades. Our committee is focused on creating a welcoming, supportive environment where women can connect, share experiences, build confidence, and know they have a voice within our Union.

I am also passionate about promoting mental health awareness in the trades. I have completed Mental Health Awareness Training through VitalCog and am proud to have earned my UA Pipe Pals pin, strengthening my commitment to looking out for the well-being of our Members and our trade community.
