Become a Mentor Earn JUT Hours

Mentor Minimum Requirements:

• Be a Journeyman, or above, with 10+ years experience

• Get company/management approval

• Be able to complete the required documentation

• Be able to lead by example

• Complete Mentor introduction on Black Board upon approval

Each mentoring topic needs to be at least one hour long and will count

for ONE completed hour of Journeyman Upgrade Training (JUT) credit.

Up to 8 hours of JUT Credit per JUT year.
